Step 1: Getting Off the Island – Ferry Cat Ba to the Mainland

Start Cat Ba town in the morning. Most travellers leave between 7:30 AM and 10:30 AM to get the smoothest transfer. At Quiri Hotel Cat Ba, we usually help guests book the combo ticket, which includes:

• A short bus to Cai Vieng port (around 40 minutes)

• The ferry across to Got Pier (about 10–15 minutes)
